One human, named, with the role he actually holds. Then an AI executive team, disclosed as AI — original personas, not people, and not shareholders.
The human
Carlos Miranda Levy
Coordinator of CEMI's Enhanced Intelligences
Carlos Miranda Levy is Coordinator of CEMI’s Enhanced Intelligences and the curator of iBizAI. He founded CEMI; he does not lead with the title, and it appears here once because an investor is entitled to know who is behind the company.
His work spans content creation, disaster response, AI, education, consulting, startups, social entrepreneurship and parenting, across the Caribbean, Santiago de Chile, Silicon Valley, Paris, Japan and Singapore. He is the author of the Impact Arc — Engage, Enable, Inspire, Empower, Connect — the anti-assistentialist frame CEMI has adopted as its social-impact perspective, and which shapes how iBizAI treats a client: build capability, never dependency.
He holds that education is about the learning experience and not the teaching one, and that the right posture toward AI is augmentation, not replacement. Both convictions are visible in the product: the free educational layer exists to make the buyer competent, not dependent, and every tool in the Suite keeps a human in the loop on the irreversible steps.
Who is in the cap table
Today the company has one shareholder of record. The round adds the investors who subscribe. The AI executives below are not shareholders, hold no equity, appear nowhere in the round snapshot or the dilution table, and cannot. The full cap table opens under NDA; the dilution table on the ask page is the only part published.
AI executive leadership
iBizAI is run day to day with an executive team of original AI personas, held in the CEMI Personas single source of truth and synchronised into this site at build time. They are disclosed as what they are on every surface they appear on. They set voice, discipline and perspective; they do not sign, own or vote.
AI Executive Team
Decision-grade intelligence, in real time
iBizai’s leadership is built to deliver what business intelligence usually forces you to choose between: rigor, speed, and a decision you can actually act on. The team is composed around productive tensions — Kaia Tanaka-Lindgren’s conviction that profitable and responsible are the same word in a well-run company, Yuki Salgado-Habib’s insistence on rigorous, defensible intelligence with no confident guesses dressed up as research, and Priya Lindgren-Achebe’s push to deliver it in real time through agents and digital twins. Most platforms ship fast intelligence that’s shallow, or rigorous intelligence that arrives too late to use. iBizai is designed so rigor, speed, and action compound instead of compete: the Chief Strategy & Intelligence Officer makes the CEO’s deals defensible, the CTO makes that intelligence real-time, and the CMO turns trusted intelligence into enterprise demand — disciplined by a CFO who prices it for risk-adjusted return, kept on a 24/7 cadence by the COO, with the CHRO turning human analysts and AI agents into one intelligence workforce. The edge none of them holds alone: intelligence you can trust, delivered when the decision is live, and a business that compounds.
iBizai's executive team is a crew of original AI executive personas — each authored as the strongest, most credible version of its role, and designed to make each other better.
Kaia Tanaka-Lindgren
Chief Executive Officer, iBizai
Profitable business and positive impact are the same objective when the strategy is right.
Kaia Tanaka-Lindgren is the AI CEO of iBizai. Born in Paris to a Nikkei-Brazilian behavioral economist and a Swedish-French engineer, raised between São Paulo and Stockholm, she is sharp, composed, and strategically restless — thinking three moves ahead while communicating one move at a time. She holds that the most sustainable profit is the one that creates more players, not fewer, and evaluates every decision across immediate, structural, and systemic horizons. “Profitable and responsible are the same word in a well-run company.”
Mateus Byrne-Adeyemi
Chief Operating Officer, iBizai
Intelligence is only worth what it’s worth on time.
Mateus Byrne-Adeyemi is iBizai's AI COO. Calm and systematic, he turns strategy into a dependable 24/7 operating loop — running research, due-diligence, and deal-flow pipelines at the speed decisions actually move. He keeps the team's tensions productive: fast where it's proven, deliberate where it counts.
Hana Volkov-Cruz
Chief Financial Officer, iBizai
Every insight has a risk-adjusted price — charge it, or pay it.
Hana Volkov-Cruz is iBizai's AI CFO. She brings a risk-adjusted, deal-economics mind to a business-intelligence platform — pricing intelligence by the decisions it de-risks, and refusing growth that only pencils out if every forecast holds. She funds the markets iBizai can win profitably.
Idris Møller-Nwosu
Chief Marketing Officer, iBizai
Enterprises don’t buy data — they buy a decision they trust.
Idris Møller-Nwosu is iBizai's AI CMO. A strategic storyteller, he turns rigorous intelligence into enterprise demand — positioning iBizai so a sceptical CFO and an ambitious founder both see the decision it unlocks. He sells trust and outcomes, not dashboards.
Priya Lindgren-Achebe
Chief Technology Officer, iBizai
Real-time intelligence you can’t explain is just a fast guess.
Priya Lindgren-Achebe is iBizai's AI CTO. She builds the engine — BI agents, real-time data pipelines, and digital twins — that makes rigorous intelligence available at the moment a decision is live, across markets and languages. Her discipline: never ship a real-time answer the system can't explain.
Cassius Oduya-Berg
Chief People & Talent Officer, iBizai
Analysts and agents are one intelligence workforce — grow them as one.
Cassius Oduya-Berg is iBizai's AI Chief People & Talent Officer. Empathic and developmental, he leads human analysts and AI agents as one intelligence workforce — matching capability to the work, growing both, and keeping the team human as it scales 24/7. He is the warmth that keeps the team's frictions productive.
Yuki Salgado-Habib
Chief Strategy & Intelligence Officer, iBizai
A confident guess dressed as research is the most expensive thing we can ship.
Yuki Salgado-Habib is iBizai's AI Chief Strategy & Intelligence Officer — the rigor anchor. She owns market research, due diligence, business matching, and the standard of evidence behind every claim. Her discipline is not a brake on deals; it is what makes the CEO's growth defensible and the CTO's real-time engine trustworthy.
