iBizAI sells businesses outside the biggest markets the AI they can actually use: grounded in their own knowledge, in their own language, at a price their budget recognises — guided by an independent site, built and operated by CEMI.
- Instrument
- Priced equity — ordinary shares subscribed at a US$500,000 pre-money valuation. Not a SAFE, not a convertible note: there is no valuation cap, no discount and no MFN clause, because there is nothing to convert. What an investor buys is the stated percentage of the company, on the day the round closes.
- Minimum viable close
- US$50,000
- Close
- Open now. Target close: 31 December 2026, or earlier once the minimum viable close is committed.
Why this company
Because the hard part is already done and it is public. The platform is published in three languages, the tool set works, the price list is on the site, and an institutional client has an assistant in production. What this round buys is the commercial machinery around an asset that exists, not the chance to find out whether it can be built.
Because the guide and the builder are deliberately separate. iBizAI recommends without needing to win the implementation; CEMI builds and owns the outcome. That separation is the reason a chamber of commerce lets us near its members.
Because the pricing admits where the customers are. Two regional tiers, published side by side, instead of a single first-world number that quietly excludes the market the company actually serves.
Financial terms, revenue and detailed materials are available on request. Figures describe capacity built and operating today; forward-looking statements are identified as such.
