About the speaker
Carlos Miranda Levy is founder of CEMI.ai, a global collective for human-AI collaboration in education, business, health, law, media and the arts. An expert in innovation, technology, education and social entrepreneurship with a thirty-year career spanning four continents, he is an economist by training and a technologist by vocation. He founded CIVILA in 1996 — one of Latin America's first social networks — and was recognized by CNN in the year 2000 as one of the twenty most influential Internet leaders in the region. He has been a Digital Vision Fellow at Stanford and a Social Entrepreneur in Residence at the National University of Singapore. His motto: “What makes us different makes us better.”
